Materials 材料: Cast bronze, patina 铸青铜，铜绿

A study of mass and absence. The bronze is left to find its own surface — the patina records time rather than intention. Seen from across the room it reads as a single weight; up close it dissolves into a field of small decisions.

关于体量与缺席的研究。青铜被允许形成自己的表面——铜绿记录的是时间，而非意图。远观是一整块重量，近看则化为无数细小决定汇成的场域。

jiajia loveyou 漂移

An installation that turns almost imperceptibly. Over the course of an hour the glass plane completes a single rotation, catching and releasing the light of the room. Nothing happens quickly; everything has changed.

一件几乎察觉不到在转动的装置。一小时内，玻璃平面完成一次旋转，承接又释放室内的光。没有任何事发生得迅速，而一切都已改变。

River Notes 河流笔记

Shot over a single morning at the water's edge. The camera does not move; the river does the work. A quiet argument that observation is itself a form of making.

Cast from the negative space of a doorway the artist passed through every day for a year. The familiar made solid, and therefore suddenly strange.

A walk recorded without a destination. Sound leads and image follows. The work asks how little needs to be shown before the viewer begins to build the rest themselves.

Ballast 压舱物

Materials 材料: Concrete, found rope 混凝土、拾得的绳索

Weight as a kind of honesty. The rope remembers a use it no longer has; the concrete refuses to explain itself. Together they hold a tension neither could alone.

重量作为一种诚实。绳索记得它早已失去的用途；混凝土拒绝为自己辩解。二者共同维系着任何一方独自都无法支撑的张力。
